during isolation you must:
a. Measure body temperature 2 times a day
b. Avoid contact with flatmates as much as possible and try to stay in a separate room if possible and not share common objects
c. Wear the mask all times

If you believe you have symptoms similar to those of Covid-19 you must remain in isolation at your place and contact your general practitioner
During isolation you must:
a. measure body temperature 2 times a day
b. Avoid contact with flat mates as much as possible and try to stay in a separate room if possible and not share common objects
c. Wear the mask
in case of severe symptoms with breathing difficulties call the single emergency number 112. For further information you can consult the website www.regione.lombardia.it

if you are in home isolation and need help with small daily needs such as:
- grocery shopping
- meals-on-wheels
- medicine delivery
- supply of nappies and aids
- personal and domestic assistance
contact your municipality of residence

If you have been identified as a positive case contact and have developed no symptoms, your quarantine ends after 14 days
Only in some cases identified by ATS or by your general practitioner, your quarantine ends with a negative test performed on the tenth day
if you have been identified as a Covid-19 case or have positive test report your mandatory quarantine:
a. if it you have no symptoms: it will end with a negative test on the tenth day
b. if you have symptoms: the mandatory quarantine will end after 10 days but you must have no symptoms for at least 3 days
if you are in quarantine after returning from one of the foreign countries that need the quarantine, your quarantine ends after 14 days of returning if:
a. in the meantime you have developed no symptoms
b. if you have developed symptoms contact your general practitioner
