Going to the gym after work, Yoga class during lunch break, running at the nearest Park; yes, we miss all this these days. In times of #stayhome, so many nice initiatives come for the #fitnessaddicted to keep moving without having to move from home. Here is our selection of gyms, Yoga centers and Influencers, to be enjoyed strictly online.

OnDance, festival created in 2018 by the international star Roberto Bolle to promote dance culture, has been transformed into a free streaming platform accessible to everyone, that offers daily differentiated open classes with various levels and types of exercise, from yoga to pilates, up to dance. The live streaming on Instagram are attended by teachers personally selected by the Étoile.

You can check out the program on Facebook or on the Instagram posts, while on YouTube you have access to the lessons' collection, divided by category and level of training.

This is a great opportunity to do sport from home, under the guidance of the greatest dancers in the world!

Mondo Yoga

Mondo Yoga Milano, based in Via Melloni, also shares its lessons on their web page  on a daily basis. Not only Yoga, however. You can also find matworkout and pilates lessons.

Milano Yoga Space

This all- women yoga space, born in 2011 and located in Isola, offers in these days some fantastic lessons in streaming. Just book on their site, put a nice mat on the floor of your living room, turn on the webcam of your smartphone or PC and you're done.

Antonio Candreva

Football fans, we've got just the thing for you. Editor's choice as favourite fitness influencer of the year goes to Antonio Candreva, the famous Inter soccer player who shares daily from his Instagram account his home workout under the hashtag #iorestoacasa.

Valeria Bonalume

Valeria Bonalume is an international reference point for pole-dance: she is an Italian champion and teacher. Being unable in these days to do frontal lessons and driven by solidarity in sharing her work for free, she is streaming on Instagram her virtual lessons not only of pole-dance, but also muscle awakening and stretching. They usually take place at noon.

"Staying at home doesn't mean staying still": with this mantra Milano Sport encourages its followers on Facebook to follow tutorials posted every two days. The Total Body lesson is very engaging!

Canottieri Olona 1894

One of the most historic and long-lived sports clubs in the city, based on the Naviglio Grande, is posting on its Facebook page workouts offered by their trainers. There are both more traditional and "unconventional" workouts - where the home sofa can become the gym equipment you didn't expect.

Polisportiva Garegnano 1976

Also this historical sports association is online with the virtual workouts on its very active Facebook page. There is something for everyone. From Master Gymnastics for the experts, to softer lessons of Pilates, including the "early childhood playground" dedicated to the little ones at home.

CSI Comitato di Milano

Sports association CSI (Centro Sportivo Italiano) in its Milanese branch offers  tutorials for getting up from the sofa at home. It is Milanese sportspeople of all ages and members  who share their "homemade" fitness on CSI Facebook page.
