Plug and Play to collaborate with Bocconi University

Together in the B4i - Bocconi for Innovation program to create a bridge for start-ups between Italy and Silicon Valley

Right after opening a new hub in Milan in April 2019,Plug and Play has been fully active in establishing collaborations: first, focusing on the food and beverage industry (together with Esselunga, Lavazza, Tetra Pak), later working on the fintech space in early 2020 (Nexi, Ubi Banca, UniCredit), and lastly landing on the sustainability sector, together with A2A and Buzzi Unicem.

 

Bocconi University announces its partnership with Plug and Play, one of the largest open global innovation platforms bringing together the best startups and largest companies in the world. It is also one of the most active venture capital globally with 30 offices in 16 countries, with the objective of collaborating in the development of initiatives and projects in the field of business innovation and entrepreneurship

 

Bocconi University and Plug and Play will work together in order to connect the startups of the B4i - Bocconi for Innovation program with the corporate and VC world, both in the Italian and the Silicon Valley hub, and in the other hubs globally. Furthermore, the partnership agreement will focus on the co-creation of events, the collaboration of the faculty of Bocconi University of Milan to identify relevant trends in the field of innovation and technology, and the support for students characterized by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
