Politecnico di Milano best Italian university for the 7th consecutive year
Politecnico di Milano is the best-ranked Italian university in the world for the seventh consecutive year, according to QS World University Rankings 2022.
The Poli is ranked 142nd in the world and 67th for Employer Reputation, thanks to level of preparation of its graduates, says Politecnico’s Rector Ferruccio Resta, who comments: “It is precisely in this moment of uncertainty that we must put in motion the best energies of the country, those of young people. Companies know this and they are at our side".
The QS University Ranking analyzes 1,300 universities in the world according to various metrics and indicators, like Employer Reputation, based on an international survey of 40,000 employers indicating which universities they would prefer to hire talent from.
The "second instalment" of the QS survey is the Ranking by Subject, which will be released early next year. The 2021 ranking by subject saw Milano’s polytechnic university ranked 5th in Design, 10th in Architecture, and 20th in Engineering across the whole world (cercare il link da mettere).
The other Milanese universities that have distinguished themselves in world rankings include Bocconi, NABA, Statale, Bicocca and Cattolica.
