My mission: the art of mixing ingredients to give life to something that can make others happy. This is the fil rouge, or rather I would say pink, which has been guiding me since I can remember.
My passion for chocolate was born ever since, as a thirteen years old boy, I was attracted and intrigued by the magical alchemy of pastry, the one by Enzo Santoro before and then Iginio Massari, with which I prepared myself to get on the podium of the chocolate world championship. Today my commitment is in the Chocolate Academy Center Milano, the first school for professionals dedicated to this magical product.
