Today more than ever we are bombarded with digital and media channels, where communications are ephemeral and destined to run out in a short time. Contacts among people are simple and fast. Conversations ends up online, messages fly from one end of the world to the other, (apparently) for free. Anything can happen on the internet. Claudio Tolcachir, an overseas revelation of the world of contemporary theater, comes to Milano to describe this new way of communicating. The director joins ZONA K Technology Focus programme. The show will be host on Franco Parenti stage, since the collaboration of the two Milanese theater groups. What is the thread that links human relationships between people who have never met? Or more generally, is it possible to love each other at the time of social media? Próximo treats of love at a distance, born and raised online, between a Spanish boy, from Madrid, and an Argentine boy, who types from Australia. With silences, messages and conversations online, the protagonist of the stage will be the idea of love.
