The latest rock&roll star comes to town. Liam Gallagher will be in Milano, at Assago Forum for a concert that is going for sure to satisfy the old nostalgics of Brit-pop as well the youngest fans. While the rumors of a possible reunion with his brother Noel are still chasing - among news, denials and tweet diatribes - the frontman has churned out in 2019 maybe his best album since the band broke up in 2009, Why Me? Why Not. Liam's most recent work shows all the maturity, especially in lyrics, developed in a decade of ex-Oasis (between his experience with Beady Eye and his solo adventure), combined with the rock&roll grit, especially in sound, which echoes the purity and brazenness of the early Oasis and their influences.
The setlist will include songs that have made up the rock history (such as Live Forever, Supersonic and Champagne Supernova) that alternate with pieces from the most recent repertoire. There will also be Once, the single which is already a classic, recently released in a video starring the former footballer and latest rock star of football, Eric Cantona, icon of Manchester United, the main rival of the City (the other Mancunian team for which Liam is rooting). On stage with Liam there will also be another ex-Oasis, Bonehead, guitarist of the first line-up, Definitely Maybe, (What's The Story) Morning Glory? and Be Here Now. Another additional reason not to miss this event.
