Milan Fashion Week is a spectacular platform for Made in Italy apparel where all the top designers showcase their collections twice a year.
This season’s event, highlighting the Autumn-Winter womenswear ranges, is scheduled from February 23rd to March 1st and will be presented in phygital format, featuring both in-person and online fashion shows.
Thanks to new communication channels, precisely one year from the emergence of the pandemic, the entire fashion world is pioneering innovative ways of showing, narrating and promoting itself along with, more importantly, the parallel events focused on key themes such as advanced production methods, increasingly attentive to reused materials and recycling, with a view to overall circularity and sustainability that spans from the choice of yarn to the finished product.
The well-structured calendar for this edition hosts 124 sessions comprising fashion shows, events, presentations and by-appointment-only dates, both in-person and digital.
The entire calendar will be streamed on the Camera della Moda official website.
In particular, this fashion week will elevate and celebrate artisan quality and skills alongside up-and-coming design talent.
Iconic brands such as Brunello Cucinelli and Alessandro dell’Acqua x Elena Mirò will be present for the first time on the fashion show calendar alongside Del Core, Onitsuka Tiger, Fabio Quaranta, Dima Leu, Münn, Budapest Select, Alessandro Vigilante, Giuseppe Buccinnà and CHB.
From February 25th to February 28th 2021, the Milan fashion district will continue to turn the spotlight on the companies selected by the in-house team for WHITE Show di Milano, the leading trade show for international brands scouting.
The event ensures maximum visibility for the new fashion trends that will appeal most to international retailers, such as sustainability, craftsmanship and the digital fashion world.
