The Quadrilatero della Moda aka the Fashion District is Milan’s neighborhood of luxury and designer names. Famous all over the world, is so named because it is surrounded by four prestigious streets: Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga and Corso Venezia.
The interior of the quadrilateral is composed of equally elegant streets, such as via Borgospesso, via Santo Spirito, via Gesù, via Sant'Andrea and via Bagutta.
Visitors come from all over the world to shop in the boutiques and showrooms, or just to stroll around and admire the shop windows, often showcases of superb taste and exclusive design.
The area is also very much alive from the cultural point of view thanks to museums such as the Bagatti Valsecchi, one of the most sumptuous house-museums in the city, and Palazzo Morando, home to the Museum of Fashion and Costume.
