New Mediterranean tastes mix with Asian ones
Milano Golosa, the event of taste, is coming back to Palazzo del Ghiaccio from the 12th until the 14th. The eighth edition of this food kermesse - ideated by Davide Paolini - this year decides to bet on food cultures influences. New Mediterranean tastes mix with Asian ones unifying cultures. A corner “Asian Taste” will set with four different areas: the first one, The Asian Street Market, concerning Oriental and Mediterranean cultures; A “Beverage room”, where it will be possible to taste drinks and Oriental beverages; A “Restauran Hall”, with Chinese and Japanese food tasting; finally a district dedicates to objects and trinkets from Asia.
Often, a lot of restaurants throw away food exceeding implementing wastefullnesses. That is why the event is projected to be plastic free. Let’s start this enogastronomic trip!
