Cars can be parked on the blue lines in the nearby streets. There are 3 parking placed for disabled pass holders in Via Vigevano.

Entrance
Access to the Arnaldo Pomodoro is from Via Vigevano 9, where a wide entrance door leads into the courtyard. A 20 metre pathway, uneven in places, leads to the museum entrance on the basement floor. The entrance has an automatic sliding door (110 cm) and 7 consecutive steps (h 16 cm, handrail on both sides), which can be avoided by using the lift (door 125 cm wide, internal space 133x110 cm).

Information for visitors
Disabled people and those accompanying them enter free of charge. Educational tours for schools and guided tours for the blind are available upon reservation.

Facilities
The entrance hall contains:

• the ticket office (counter height 90 cm)
• a bookshop (counter height 101 cm).

The museum staff provide information and assistance.

Exhibition layout
The Foundation was set up in 1995 on the initiative of the artist Arnaldo Pomodoro as a place of study, exchanges of ideas and a cultural centre. It hosts exhibitions, meetings, conferences, presentations of books and concerts. The spacious exhibition hall is on the ground floor, adjacent to the Foundation archives and artist's studio.

Bathroom facilities
The disabled bathroom is alongside the bookshop, and has the following fittings:

• 90 cm wide door
• washbasin (space in front 138 cm)
• suspended toilet bowl (h 47 cm, space to the right 220 cm, to the left 37 cm, in front 120 cm, handles on the right and handrail)
• the bathroom symbols stand out well against the background, are located at eye height, and are medium to large in size.
