How to get there by public transport

Parking
It is sited in the Gallery of via Manzoni in a limited traffic area. It is possible to park on the blue lines in via Manzoni, via Palestro, via dei Giardini and via dell'Annunciata or in the garage in piazza Meda and in the one of via del Vecchio Politecnico 25. In front of the Gallery there are also two parking spaces reserved or people with permits for citizens with disability.

Entrance
The entrance presents a series of double swing doors (170 cm) placed side by side.

Reception
The ticket office (counter h 120 cm) is sited in the lobby. From there it is possible to reach the foyer of the theater through 44 steps (h 17 cm, handrail on both sides). Alternatively, people with motor disability can use a stairlift with platform 75x67 cm (it is necessary to ask for it at the staff).

In the foyer there are:

• the wardrobe (counter h 65 cm)
• the “Manzoni Cafè”, arranged with tables (free space underneath 70 cm), chairs and counter (h 125 cm).

Theatre hall
The theatre hall (842 seats) has 20 places reserved for people with motor disability, sited in the four “barcacce” to the sides of the auditorium and down the hall (seating must be asked in advance).

Restrooms
The equipped toilets, sited next the wardrobe, have these features:

• swing door (85 cm)
• suspended washbasin
• WC on the ground (h 50 cm; right hand space 25 cm, left hand 70 cm; horizontal and vertical grab bar on right side and horizontal grab bar on left).
