Getting there by public transport

Parking area
It is possible to park on the blue stripes in the surrounding streets; in front of the entrance to the cinema and in via Mascheroni (about 40 m away) there are 2 parking spaces reserved for disabled pass holders.

Entrance
The entrance has a double leaf gate (136 cm wide each). The atrium is reached by a series of 2 and then 5 consecutive steps (17 cm high each) and two consecutive double leaf doors (respectively 71 cm wide each and 69 cm wide each).
People with motor disabilities can enter from the secondary entrance located in via Mascheroni (on the right of the Church of Santa Maria Segreta) by a ramp (slope of 6%, 12 meters long, 121 cm wide). Use the intercom on the right side of the ramp (119 cm high above the ground).
You reach the hall through a double leaf door (91 cm wide each), a ramp (slope of 8%, 90 cm long, 74 cm wide) and a second double leaf door (62 cm wide each).

 

Orientation signage
In the building, there are directional arrows with high contrast and large lettering (at least 7 cm).

 

Reception
The ticket office is located in the entrance hall (counter height: 131 cm).
The staff is at your disposal for any information you may require and for reception services.

 

Tickets
Reduced ticket for visitors with disabilities and their carer. Free admission for people with 100% civil disability assessment.

 

Cinema hall
The Ariosto cinema has a cinema hall (205 seats) with a double-leaf manual door (112 cm wide each) and has 2 seats reserved for wheelchair users, located in the front row.

 

Toilet facilities
The toilet equipped for people with disabilities, located in front of the ticket office, has the following characteristics:

  • vestibule with a hinged door (85 cm wide)
  • wall-mounted washbasin (clear space in front: 106 cm)
  • bathroom with sliding door (84 cm wide)
  • wall-mounted washbasin (clear space in front: 170 cm)
  • floor-standing toilet (clear space: in front 144 cm; on the right side 21 cm; on the left side 105 cm; horizontal handlebar on the left side of the toilet and handrail on the right side)
  • high contrast symbols indicating toilet facilities, positioned at eye level, using medium to large size letters.

 

Safety exits
Routes are well indicated. The building has an acoustic and visual alarm device.
