The mission of the YesMilano Convention Bureau is to promote the city as a major MICE destination internationally to all organizers of events such as: fairs, congresses, conventions, business meetings, incentives, and institutional events with a strong international appeal, bt offering its consultancy freely and impartially to all buyers and companies who want to organize a successful trade event in Milan.
- Supports business partners;
- Provides room-block reservations for organizers;
- Provides support services for the organization of large-scale events.
- Communication: through its websites, social media, shareable videos, promotional campaigns;
- Participate in national and international exhibitions, forums, missions and roadshows;
- Strengthen the city's attractiveness through partners who answer market needs;
- Organize FAM trips to make the destination more widely known;
- Receive RFPs, distributing them across the local territory and doing follow up;
- Assist during the bidding process to host large international congresses and events;
- Activate foreign representatives in target markets.
