Olympic Museum

Located in the Olympic capital in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Olympic Museum is the official home of the world's largest and most comprehensive collection of Olympic heritage.
More than 90,000 objects and artefacts, over 900,000 images, 58,000 hours of audiovisual documents, more than 38,000 books and over 1.5 km of historical documents: this is the IOC's heritage preserved in the Olympic Museum's collections. Its international exhibitions and programmes allow people of all ages to discover the stories, art, history and culture of the worldwide phenomenon that the Olympic Games represents.
In the year leading up to Milano Cortina 2026, the Olympic Museum will feature all over Italy through a series of cultural partnerships, events and artistic collaborations with the best organisations within the territories that are to host the Winter Games.
