From Milano Linate airport to the center of Milano in less than 15 minutes. The two new subway stops of San Babila and Tricolore have opened on the new M4 blue metro line, connecting the Linate Airport to the heart of Milano and the entire metro subway and suburban rail system of the city.
With a €2.20 ATM ticket, it only takes 12 minutes to do the whole existing route of the M4 line: Linate Airport, Repetti, Forlanini FS, Argonne, Susa, Dateo, Tricolore and San Babila. With the conclusion of underground construction works, Piazza San Babila fully reopens to the public, now a large pedestrian zone connected with Corso Vittorio Emanuele to create one of the most attractive shopping areas in the world.
The M4 blue metro line is in service every day from 6:00 am to 12:30 am. Just like on the M1 red, M2 green, M3 yellow, and M5 lilac metro lines, you can pay contactless for your subway ride: just buzz your card at the turnstiles. The service is now also also on the city’s trams and buses.
