These are special vehicles that can accommodate a wheelchair and load it with an automated system.

Deaf people can use the App called Taxi Sordi (only in Italian language) which can geolocate the customer and send the customer's position directly to the operations center. 

By text message the customer will receive the taxi name and the time of arrival.
