Online registration is a service dedicated to citizens residing or domiciled in Milan

Fill in the form on milano.biblioteche.it website to enroll in the Milano Library System. After receiving the confirmation email you will be able to access the MediaLibrary OnLine (MLOL) digital library.

Tips:

• Enter your Tax code as username and choose a password of at least 8 characters
• We recommend that you write down your account details because they are not listed in the confirmation email
• If you are a minor, indicate the details of a parent's document
• When the services are reopened to the public, you may go to any of Milano libraries to validate your registration with an identity document.
• Do not use this form if you have forgotten your login credentials but follow the password recovery procedure
• Do not use the same email address to register multiple people
• If you experience difficulties with registration, write to c.biblio.registrazione@comune.milano.it 

The registration form and most of the website is in italian.

To use MLOL you must have access credentials (username and password) that are provided when you register in the library.
If you are not yet registered, you can now do it online.

Before joining MLOL we recommend that you read the user guide, which gives you a general overview of the resources available and how to best use them.

MLOL also includes a rich OPEN COLLECTION with approximately 1.5 million copyright-free resources: ebooks, audiobooks, educational materials, images, apps, musical scores, videos, scientific journals, which you can enjoy without limits of time and number, in many cases without the need for credentials.

The portal is in Italian, German and  English.

• WORLD DIGITAL LIBRARY: an immense wealth of books, documents, photos and videos from all countries of the world, made available by UNESCO
• NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY with hundreds of thousands of resources
• EARLY MANUSCRIPTS  from Oxford Univesity, a must for fans of the medieval epic
• AD ALTA VOCE: the largest Italian audiobook collection with more than 200 titles of novels and short stories
• LIBRIVOX: over 30,000 audiobooks in several languages
• STORYWEAVER: fairy tales and books for children, to be read and listened to in many languages
