Thanks to its primary role as economic and financial pole of Italy, Milano is the new base of Bank of Italy innovation hub to support the digital evolution of the Italian financial market and attract fresh talents and investments.

Milano Hub Fintech is Bank of Italy's first centre dedicated to fintech and open innovation and serves as meeting point for financial institutions and operators to facilitate innovation projects, support the adoption of digital technologies in the Italian financial market and strengthen banks' ability to face the challenges posed by the changing system. 

Thanks to its new initiative FinTech Channel, Bank of Italy also supports operators with innovative projects in the financial services sector in accessing information about the national and international regulatory arena. Through the dedicated channel, fintechs can present their projects to have a first evaluation on the feasibility and undergo tailored multifunctional screening and analysis.
