Restarting Together
A call for solutions for startups and SMEs open through June 30th
A new global challenge for startups and SMEs, named Restarting Together was launched by Boston Consulting Group, CEMEX, Telefonica, Airbus BizLab, BASF, BID Lab, Citi, Endeavor, IE, IESE Business School, Microsoft for Startups and South Summit. The initiative is meant to collect solutions which can contribute to the econocomic and social recovery in face of the global pandemic.
The overall goal of the challenge is to identify innovative projects which have the power to expedite a return to normality after the social distancing measures imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The projects will be selected on the basis of their potential of boosting recovery in a sustainbale way with a focus on:
- improving employment;
- revitalizing small businesses ecosystem;
- creating networks and financial aid mechanisms.
Interested participants can present their proposals from June 2 through June 30, 2020 by entering www.restartingtogether.com. Proposals will be evaluated based on their projects’ social and economic impact, feasibility, rapid implementation time, and degree of sustainability and innovation.
Nine finalists will be selected to participate on a digital Pitchday on September 9 2020. Out of them 3 winning projects will be selected by the organizing companies to receive access to corporate resources, including potential acceleration or investment.
