The ticket office is located in the cinema foyer (counter height: 110 cm).

The UCI Cinemas Certosa has 8 halls, located on the first floor.

Halls 7 and 8 have a hinged door (98 cm wide each) and 70 seats, 2 of which are reserved for wheelchair users and 2 for their companions, located in the front row.
Hall 3 has a double leaf door (73 cm wide each) and 281 seats, 2 of which are reserved for wheelchair users and 2 for their companions, located in the front row.
Toilet facilities
The toilet equipped for people with disabilities is located on the first floor and has the following characteristics:

Parking
The UCI Cinemas Bicocca is located on the second floor of the Bicocca Village. You can park in the large multi-storey garage (179 parking spaces), which has about 40 parking spaces reserved for disabled parking permit holders. The garage has an elevator that leads to the ground floor and to the first floor of the Bicocca Village. From the elevator you reach the Uci Cinema (2nd floor) passing two double leaf doors (103 cm wide each) and using the panoramic internal lift of the Bicocca Village.

The main entrance to the Bicocca Village has a ramp (slope of 3%, 36 m long, 5 m wide) and a large automatic sliding door (260 cm wide). To reach the cinema, located on the second floor, you can use the lifts or the panoramic internal lift.

On the first floor there is a dining area and there are several restaurants, furnished with square tables with four legs or with a central leg (clear space below: from 66 to 72 cm).
Meals for vegetarians and children are provided.

To access Sala Rossa using the lift, it is necessary to ask for the staff, because there is a locked swing door (104 cm).
