Does food influence life? This fourteenth edition of Golosaria tries to find this question answer. During the weekend of 26th October at Mi.Co, Golosaria festival will examine how food affects our lifestyle and wellness. This is a current and realistic consideration concerning Italian enogastronomic context, which, during the event, will involve farmers, makers, restaurateurs and consumers. The aim is to understand how food may change our bodies. Any examples? Golosaria will highlight how food modifies perception of distribution itself, defacing trades, or the way food is turning into a social and sharing experience - let's think about the pleasure to eat with friends and relatives. The event will involve 300 artisans of taste, more than 100 canteens, 20 street food kitchens with a full events programme in order to discover how "we are what we eat".
